Refund Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

Every new organization on Sharqey starts with a free 14-day trial, so you can try the service before paying. If a paid subscription still isn't right for you, this policy explains how to get your money back.

14-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment for a Sharqey subscription, no questions asked. This covers the first purchase, annual renewals, and charges for seats added during a subscription period. When a payment is refunded, the subscription it paid for is cancelled, or the added seats are removed.

After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and does not renew.

Right of withdrawal for EU consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Our 14-day refund above meets or exceeds this right: you get the full amount back, even if you have already used the service during that time.

How to request a refund

Payments on the web are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. To request one, either:

Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few more days for the money to appear on your statement.

Purchases through the App Store or Google Play

If you ever buy a subscription inside the iOS or Android app, the payment is made to Apple or Google, and refunds are handled by them under their own policies. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or in Google Play. We cannot issue refunds for these purchases.

Self-hosted licenses

Licenses for self-hosted Sharqey servers bought under a separate agreement are refunded as set out in that agreement.
